we moved in March of 08 and at first things seemed ok. its been 4 months and we have a bad problem with roaches, spiders and our water smelling like mildew. Our dryer has been broken since we got here, but now its stopped working completely. They don't do any type of pest control. They started some valet trash crap and those people never come to pick it up. The lady in front of us leaves her trash out all the time , not bagged and that brings in bugs and ROACHES.Everyone here with dogs do not clean up after them so when you walk to the mail box, you have to dodge the dog ----.
Its entirely too small for the amount of rent. I know its Hoover, but still. The pool is nasty too, its slimy and had all kinds of trash floating in it like used paper towels and plastic bags.

I would not move here if i were you.

Pest control comes every Friday. All the resident has to do is request it. Also, if this resident would call the office and let us know about the lady leaving her trash out all the time, we could send her a $25 fine. But if residents do not let us know about problems, we can not fix them. Also, I have never seen paper towels or plastic bags in the pool and I can see the pool from my office.
