I am a young single female and moved in here about a year ago. I have to say I love it. Maintenance always tends to my issues I have. The manager is very helpful and understanding. I love the changes the property has undergone since the new owners have taken over. They have been working on exterior improvements, had some security cameras put up. I have never had a problem with feeling unsafe. I am a freshman in college and will definitely plan to stay here while I am in school, maybe longer if I can get a permanent job here in birmingham.
