This has been the worst experience I have ever had living here is a nightmare the manager is a joke and all she can do is talk about everyone that lives here i know so much about other tenants personal information, yeah isn't that comforting. The rent here is ridiculous basically gettttttto.when if not before my lease is up i'm out of here, Just some friendly advice look somewhere else.

First off Amy if it was so ghetto here you wouldnt be trying to pay your rent to live here still. And the real reason it is GHETTO is because you are here. Once you leave the area it would be so much quieter. No one really knows your motive for trying to terrorize the management and the other tenants but your tactics are not working so please stop. NO ONE IS PAYING YOU ANY ATTENTION, SO GIVE IT UP. May God bless you and your family. And I hope you find you somewhere to go, it would be a relief. Remember you reap what you sow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My family and I have lived at Wildwod for a little over a year. I am not sure where this person gets her idea of GHETTO, but Wildwood certainly is not GHETTO. I recently had someone from my office over and they remarked on how nice the area was with all the trees. It did not have the "aparmetn complex" feel. It seeemed more like a neighborhood. We have not felt the least bit afraid or leary of our new home. Which is something we can't say about where we had lived berore, and it was in Hoover, and it did turn into the GHETTO. If we have a maintencance problem it is taken care of in a professionl and timley manner. If you are so unhappy, the best thing is for you to move. Your unhappiness with your home environment has to be causing problems in other parts of you life.

Well it seems as if the same damn person is writing these reviews, oh and by the way how do you know who is still tring to pay their rent or not gee seems like the manager knows that information. It really doesn't matter as far as reaping what you sow sounds to me like you have issues you need to work on i was thinking about moving here but seems to me when someone is useing your name, and knows that much of your business I think my boyfriend and I will look somewhere else and amy if you see this i would get to the bottom of whoever has used your name if you in fact still live there and if you don't looks like god has blessed your family.....rock on

IF YOU ONLY KNEW THE ENTIRE STORY. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. AND IF YOU LOOK AT ALL THE NEGATIVE STUFF MOST OF IT WAS ALL WRITTEN ON THE SAME DAY !!!!MOST LIKELY BY THE SAME PERSON....

I think just because they are written on the same day does't mean it's one person. Sounds like a group to me.
