This place has gotten so bad that we have to move. My family is miserable here, when you get banned from the pool and you pay rent and that is your pool too, seems really unfair that you have to go the whole summer and not be able to swim. So my family and I are looking right now to find a place we can call home. I f you read this please take this as a warning that you will never get along with the manager, she will tell your neighbors what is going on in your family, then your neighbors come to you and tell you what the manager ahs said about your children and your family. If we had a different manager we would stay and that is all I have to say.

The only reason people are banned from the pool is for not following rules. RULES are placed there for your own safety. Funny I have never been banned from the pool because my family follows the rules. As for the management talking. Maybe if your family hadn't been the cause of a lot of problems in the neighborhood you wouldn't be talked about. The management is awsome she knows what is going on in the neighborhood and maybe why that is why PROBLEMS are not tolerated. We are having a wonderful summer now!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a safe, family friendly place to live.

Who exactly are you talking to how do you know who has been banned from the pool and who causes problems you shouldnt know anybodys personal info and you can let the manager know that she is about to go down this community has had enough and if she isnt worried about her job now she needs to be because you tell me how is it fair that some people can pay different than market rent and please tell me how you can live there and not have to pay a water bill because from investigating I have found out that I pay market rent and my neighbor that just moved in only a month after me pays almost 100 dollars less than me and only has to pay a 40 water bill when we live in the same size apaprtment so please tell me how is this right so yes action has been taken and before I am done everyone in the community will know what is going on and if I had any idea that this was going on I would have never moved here so this has now become a legal issue for everyone to take part in it is called discrimination and it will not stand not as long as we have freedom of speach and this is a wonderful tool to get the word out wake up wildwood residents you are being discriminated against so go to the manager and see if you can pay 100 dollars less per month and see if you can get locked in to a 40 dollar water bill per month. Take a stand

You are exactly correct. There is discriminatory practices going on in this community and the manager does not know how to keep her mouth shut. She discusses residents personal business and also gives certain residents "breaks" on rent, water, etc. I believe if we all ban together we can make a change. Good for you, who ever you are, for finally telling the truth. Apparently all the good reviews were well scripted and prompted by the manager.
