I've never lived in an apt before so I have nothing to compare it with but I can honestly say it isn't all that bad. Wildwood staff has been pretty responsive to my needs. The buildings are nice but they seem really cheap. My apartment makes creeking noises all the time and the building just doesn't seem solid. The apartment next door looks like it is falling apart. I'm sure mine is too you just can't tell because the vinyl siding hides it. Sometimes ignorant people blare thier car radio at absurd times. The interior is pretty nice. The gate is pointless.
