Beware of Building 1700.. I lived at Wildwood Crossings for six months. I could not wait to get out. The foundation in our apartment was cracked from one side of the apartment to the other. Doors did not close or open properly and the vanity in the master bedroom had pulled away from the wall at least an inch. There were cracks in the ceiling (we lived on the first floor). There was at least an inch wide crack in the brick morter over the master bedroom window. The crack beside the window had been "patched." The apartment building is literally sliding off the hill. It is obvious that attempts have been made to "shore up" the building, however cracks became larger in the six months I was there. I would definitely NOT recommend this complex to anyone. This is not a case of "sour grapes." I have pictures to prove all above statements.
