We moved in at the end of May, and have been here long enough to get a feel for it.

So far everything has been decent, except for the annoying breaking gate. We have a noisy neighbor below us, but that's only a nuisance occasionally. His car is more annoying, though.. you could basically hear him come in the main gate from the back.

Only hangup with the staff has been that they failed to notify their water company that we're the new residents, and to bill us instead. Otherwise, they're great and nice to talk to.
