I've lived at Wildwood Crossings for almost 3 years now. I would definately recommend this place to all my friends. I've lived in 1 other apartment for about 6 years prior to moving here and it was like leaving the projects to live in Beverly Hills :) But, honestly the staff is really nice and the parties they have during the holidays are fun. Some people think they are too good for the parties here and don't attend, but I enjoy meeting people and especially my neighbors. Speaking of, I've met some really cool people during my 3 years here. I do have to agree about the gate, it doesn't do much good for security. I've asked the landlord why she doesn't get a gate with spikes or something better, and she said the spikes in the ground would be dangerous for children playing and that makes since I guess. A steel pole apposed to wood would dammage peoples vehicles if they didn't see it and ran through it, and if it were a large gate that opens and closes, there would be cars backed up to Lakeshore drive in the afternoon when everybody is getting home. Anyway, the best part is the pool, the quite building (i've never heard my neighbors once in 3 years and yes I DO have neighbors), the nice staff, and friendly neighbors. It's expensive no doubt, but you get what you pay for and it's worth it!!!
Oh yeah, one nice thing I like is that they charge a fine for people who put their trash out in front of their door. At the apartment I used to live at, people would leave their trash in front of the door for weeks, and animals would drag it across my doorway and it smelled too, but they strongly enforce people from doing this and that is nice if you actually care about the way your apartment looks to friends. And they also have maintenance on staff 7 days a weeks to keep the grounds clean and fix any problems...
