I have been living here for 8 months and it has been HELL every since. I here some people say that they love it, but the 1700 building is awful. The roof is falling on the second floor, the siding is coming off the wall, there are cracks in the wall, and I could just go on and on. There is an abundance of spiders (BIG SPIDERS) and tonight I had a lizard in my bedroom (and I live on the third floor). I have requested pest control for the past 5 months but no one has ever responded. The parking is terrible. If you are not home by 8pm, you have NO WHERE to park. The gate is always broken but I don't really care about that, neither do I care about the loud neighbors next door. But the spiders, lizards, and unsafe issues are horrible. Also, there are no fire extinguishers nor sprinkler systems installed. The staff is friendly, but the service is awful. I am so digusted and I am anxiously awaiting for my lease to expire.
