I have lived here at WW Xings for almost a year. Overall, my experience has been a good one. The only problems I've had are noisy neighbors which you can pretty much expect at any apartment complex, my door doesn't lock well and they won't let me add another one, my bathtub was caulked b/t the tile and tub and the caulking is coming off and it's turning brown/black, and the gate is always broken. Once the gate was broken for 2 months and I called constantly asking when it would be fixed and I always got a speech from the manager about saving money, I figured that since b/t my roommates and I we paid over $1000/month they could afford to fix the gate. The staff are usually very nice. I will probably stay at WW. No apartment complex is perfect.

Just wondered if you realized AL code law requires that the landlord provide tenant with WORKING deadbolt locks.
