The apartment I lived in was thankfully facing the road so it had to be kept up for passersby. The biggest problem I had was the rude staff. They are the sort of people who believe that they have enough residents and don't need to keep you happy because you can be easily replaced. After a few months of living there I had to have my fiance call with any problems because I could not bear to deal with them. Even the manager was as rude as the regular staff (so don't expect to find any help there). Overall, I loved my apartment, however, at times I had difficulty with maintanence issues and the rent is ridiculously high.
