This place looks nice from the outside, but once you sign the lease your trapped! The so-called gated community (HAH!) The gate is always broken, the office staff doesn't give a crap, you can count on at least a $10 a month increase in rent every year even though the complex is going straight down the toilet! Very noisy, I can feel my floor shake every time someone walks. The roof leaks and I have repeatedly asked for the maint. people to fix it but nothing has been done. The management here is the rudest bunch I have ever dealt with. Thank the lord I'm finally out!
