I lived in Wildwood for about a year and a half. I have lived in several apartments over the past years and I will have to say it is probably one of the best I have lived in. We lived in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom on the second floor and we hardly ever heard our neighbors. We only had one or two maintenance issues and they were attended to within 24 hours. The electricity and gas bills weren't terribly high, as compared to other places I've lived. Some of the management staff/leasing agents aren't very friendly after you move in. The gate doesn't always work. It's only because people ram into it with their cars. They usually have it replaced with a day or two. The gates are also a pain if you are trying to have visitors come in. The visitors gate is kind of hard to work, from what people who visited me have told me. Overall, when it comes to the really important things I look for in an apartment this one is great.
