Nice apartment (for the most part), but poor staff

I would not recommend any of my friends or family living in Wildwood Crossing. My experience has been below average at best. For starters, I had a roach problem for 10 months before the staff did anything about it, and I only think they addressed the problem because my lease was up for renewal. Never had roaches before living here so I knew there was a problem with the unit. The units also are not very sound proof. Can hear conversations in the parking lots and from nearby balconies, loud music from cars, dogs barking. Also, for some reason the floors can vibrate when people are going up the stairs or moving in nearby units (not just my home, others have noted this too). And be warned that there is a train track that runs right by the complex, so if you live near the front you will hear it go by.
And the staff is not very attentive. During my residence most messages I've left on answering service were not returned. Also, not sure why not every building has lighting in front of it. You may need to use a flashlight to get to your car (no kidding). And the gate does not always work- I haven't had to use my access code in more than 3 weeks.
Above all, I would only suggest living here if you are simply looking for a place to live. But if you are looking for a GREAT place to live, steer clear of Wildwood Crossings.
