I had a lot of the same problems as the other comments listed here. But not only did they raise my rent every month for no reason, they also stuck me with outrageous fees when I moved out.

It was really loud when the people and dog directly above me walked across the floor. My water heater leaked too, and soaked the carpet. And I also thought the office staff was rude.
