The apartments are very spacious. However, for the cost of rent each month, one would expect the apartments to have ceiling fans, better carpet, and better wallpaper. The office staff, for the most part, was friendly. My only complaint is that they are very unorganized. They kept losing my paperwork, and somehow missed collecting my pet deposit, which I was forced to pay almost 8 months into my lease. The "gated" complex that you are paying for is merely a wooden plank, painted white, that any SUV could drive through, and usually do. That is, if the gate is even working. If you are a single woman, you will feel uncomfortable at the pool and gym areas due to the large number of college guys that hang around there, even during the night hours. Pest control is a joke. And the neighbors are not friendly.
