Maintenance: quick responding, usually pretty effective

Management: mostly helpful. If you want something done or question answered, act politely and there's no problem. They're certainly not perfect (can be rude sometimes), but overall they're tolerable.

Inside: Had a brief ant and roach problem for a week or two... not really sure what they can do about it, and I bought some Raid Ant Gel and a few roach traps and have had no problems since.

Neighbors: People mostly keep to themselves. I haven't had much problem with noise, but maybe the people in my area aren't noisy. Lots of college kids, which can be annoying; I'll leave it at that.

Other thoughts: fitness center is great. People keep plowing through the wooden gates at the entrance/exit (real classy). Good location. Ever-so-slightly on the expensive side, but in the same way, nice. Some other reviewer said, "if you're looking for a good not GREAT place, Wildwood Crossings is for you." I agree with it, though not so negatively.
