Decent Complex

I have been renting here since 2006 and overall the place is reasonable. It is:
1) Safe. We phoned the police before we moved, they said this place was safer than places near on 280 south of 459. A friend of ours was robbed though (once) while she was gone.
2) Staff. Overall pretty good, although we were misled by one staff member.
3) Cable/Internet. There is a good deal now, although you pretty much have to sign up otherwise they will accuse you of "stealing" cable which they never turned off and you never asked for. This one alone dropped them a point on the scale.
4) The gate. Generally broken, with idiots ramming it when they forget their gate card. It has been broken and repaired countless times. At one point we went 4 or 5 months without a functional gate. I don't think it does much anyway.
5) Apartment quality - very good. (Heating bills should be cheaper, but they skimp on insulation as is usual for apartments)
6) Nothing stolen so far, pretty responsive.
