We liked the apartment at first, but when you take a closer look a lot of flaw start to appear. Here's our review:

Pros:
- some nice details (crown molding, paint color)
- Typically ample parking
- Staff is usually available to help
- Decent size rooms
- Grounds are kept pretty well
- Two pools

Cons:
- Paint is watered down - so don't try to rub anything off the walls b/c you'll take off the paint
- After moving in we had a ton of touch-ups that needed to be done (missed painting whole areas)
- Wallpaper is different in almost every apartment. If you're lucky it's bland but for us the kitchen and both bathrooms had pretty ugly wallpaper (not what was in the show apartment or an empty one they showed us)
- No overhead lighting or fans in the bedrooms. The show apartment has these but when you move in there are just empty electrical plates and you're expected to take care of it.
- Extremely easy to hear everything around you (water through pipes, upstairs neighbors alarm clock, conversations)
- Tenants are mixed (no crime to us but cops called a few times to our building)
- Gated in the minimalist terms (gate has been broken or driven through probably 50% of our time here)
- Tenants are notoriously bad about picking up after their dogs
- The workout room equipment is rarely all or mostly working

I know this sounds like I hated the place and honestly we haven't loved it. I've lived in lots of apartments with similar problems (like all apartments have). I think this one disappointed me b/c it looks like it should be much better. On the surface it looks like it should be great, but it's really not. Look elsewhere for the money.
