This place is horrible. They said they had done work to the roof before we moved in but a year later i was awoken by a steady stream of water pouring from the ceiling over my bed. We asked them to fix the windows because they were leaking but they never did. its taken anywhere from 3 weeks to 4 months for them to fix things. they've written us nasty letters threatining to evict because there were toys on the living room floor that the one year old had been playing with. Power bill was outrageous because the apartment was not insulated well and the windows are very thin. It smells like something is burning everytime the heat is turned on and we've asked them to fix it but all they did was give us a new filter.
