I do not recommend for anyone to live here. There are huge cockroaches that swarm on your patio area at night. You can't even go out and enjoy the balcony without being bombarded with cockroaches. I am not talking about the little ones, those huge ones with extremely large heads. DISGUSTING.
Also, you have close every single nook and cranny inside your apartment. The smaller roaches will swarm in from all over. I have had a few of the larger ones in the living room, but mostly the smaller ones are inside.
The power bill hasn't been under 100$ because the heating and air system is an extremely old wall unit. You can look through the cracks onto the balcony because it isn't properly sealed. I have already had repairs on it and I reported that I wanted the cracks sealed, but he never returned.
Everything breaks all the time and is never repaired properly. The sink, the bathtub faucet and drain switch, the garbage disposal and on and on and on.
The repairmen/workers whatever usually hang out by the pool in the daytime and they have a mouth of a sailor. They curse and they don't even take into respect that there are children around with stay at home moms.
The laundry room is a disaster. It is never clean. It has a huge portable dumpster inside that harbors large cockroaches and random bits of trash. The cockroaches come in and out from under the wall where the dryers are while you are doing your laundry. I have had 10 things stolen from me out of that laundry room as well. Just goes to show the class of people that live there fit right in with the "wonderful" atmosphere.
Don't let the pretty flowers and plants fool you when you pull in. It is a front, believe me.
