If you have children do NOT move here. Where do I begin'!

First, the bugs. Are horrible. The cockroaches crawl around like regular people. In your apartment and on your patio or balcony. Don't go outside at night at this place because they swarm. Not just the little ones, the huge german ones and palmetto bugs. They have been in my apartment and even ON MY BED. Spiders are a problem as well. A wolf spider was in my bathroom a month ago.
There is never a pest control agent here.

The cops are always here, the noise is horrible, and the office staff is so incompatent. Marcie has a serious attitude problem and had gotten an attitude with my mother in law who was just trying to get a package for me. She seems to have her tail on her shoulders. However, she does live here I am sure RENT free in this dump.

Please, especially if you have children, do NOT move here. Roaches can make children (and adults) very sick. It is THAT bad.

Some things had broken here and it took weeks to get fixed. Also, some blinds broke off and "Marcie" cocked an attitude about it. The maint. guy said to never ask the office for blinds because they will CHARGE YOU for each piece, no matter what. He is the ONLY person ever working out here so it takes forever to get things repaired.

There is a new woman that took "Judy's" place that seems just a clueless about what is going on than the others.

The playground is covered with broken glass, beer bottles, cigarette butts...
There are HUGE gaping holes that small children can fall into throughout the property. The sewage drains are opened enough to where a toddler could fall into it.

There is a laundry room on site that is constantly disgusting. It is NEVER clean. Roaches, bugs, crawling inside where you wash your clothes.

Forget parking in front of your apartment. Get your walking shoes ready. Also, get used to your neighbors' conversations because you WILL hear them. Fights, sex, and all. The lighting is fair but nothing spectacular.

There is supposed to be a weight limit on dogs but I have seen many large dogs, which isn't a problem. However, it shouldnt be in the lease if that is the case. Of course Marcie has two huge dogs. (The office worker/manager/whatever she is supposed to be)

Personally, this entire community should be shut down and the building torn completely down. IT is a nightmare and disgusting.

The rent is TOO expensive here. IT is a dump. Disgusting. Please NEVER come here.
