LOVED IT!!!

I've lived in apartments from Homewood to HWY 280 and Wood Gardens is definitely the best location and price. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. My maintenace requests have always been handled propmptly. Where else can you live in Birmingham and have a flat water/sewer rate' I still keep in touch with my neighbors that still live there and they say that the new management team has made some upgrades and new improvements recently. Location, Location, Location! Loved it anf highly recommend!
