Every time it rains, it pours - straight into my apartment. There is a major rust problem with appliances because of this and the cabinents have dissolved, being particle board. Dishwasher leaks onto floor and kitchen sink backs up regularly.



I?ve had enough and will be moving. I would?ve moved earlier, but I?d like to get out of B?ham and leave this dump behind all in one fell swoop.



I?ve had mice, lizards, roaches, and millipedes. The residents are crap and if INS ever came, the place would be half empty.

Off ice staff has high turnover, unresponsive, and sleazy. One girl has a nose ring and facial piercings - very professional. I carry my Walther when I go to pick up my mail at night. Some Hoover cops used to live there, but I don't see them any more.
