Scumy neighbors, maintenance problems, unhelpful office staff

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I had a hole punched in my wall for over a month with no return visits, my dishwasher broke and the maintenance folks destroyed my counter putting a new one in, frequent leaks.



I can never seem to get the office staff to get anything done and they often act as though these problems are MY fault. This depends, though as the office staff has changed at least 5 times in 2 years



Very poor.
