I took a 14 month lease at Wood Gardens during 2002-2003 and didn't renew because 1) I could never get repairs made and 2) was burglarized...one among the EIGHT burglaries that occurred there that year. Moreover, they have yet to return my deposit and, what's worse, wrongfully sent my account to collections resulting in a negative credit bureau report I'm STILL trying to correct (becasue they won't send me a letter acknowledging their error). This place is definitely Attorney General Consumer Affairs report material.
