Nothing real special about Wood Gardens.
Pros- We signed a lease during a special so I think we got our moneys worth. Large floor plan for 2. 2nd bedroom almost as big as the first. Much larger than where I am in Chicago. Very pet friendly. Convenient to grocery, mall, resturants, and I65. We rented a front, ground level, corner unit. Just your average apartment.
Cons- Well the property staff never smiled. And the offices were decorated the same way from when we moved in till we left, large Austin Powers cut out and balloons. I did most of the maintenance work myself. Just little stuff like thawing the AC every once in a while. No biggie. There wasn't a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen. And there were always some kids playing in the street at a blind turn in the apt complex. I swear some kid is going to get hit. Trash drop off was not convenient. Never went to pool, weight room, or tennis courts. Nothing luxaruy about the place. But if you need a cheap place to live its alright. You pay for what you get.
