I have never felt the urge to post an apartment review before, but I STRONGLY URGE anyone considering Wood Gardens to reconsider. I have had a horrible experience living there. The landscaping and apartment exteriors are nice, but that is the extent of the complex's good qualities. While maintenance responded to the numerous problems I had with my apartment, they either told me the apartment was not responsible for fixing the problems (such as a broken bathroom mirror), or they did not fix things properly (they patched a hole in my bathroom ceiling, but did not fix the leak, which caused mildew to grow on the ceiling). In addition, the management does nothing to regulate the property. The tenants are VERY LOUD, often playing loud music from vehicles in the parking lot at all hours of the night; my car was vandalized; my building was broken into last week; and the constant presence of police cars at the property makes me greatly concerned about the overall safety of the property.
