I have been a tenant at Wood Gardens for 6 months now. I moved in very quickly, because I needed something very quickly. At first I was not impressed with the management because they acted as though they didn't care. However over the last few months it is a joy to go into the office and pay rent and just hang with the staff. They truly do care, and are constantly asking me if things in my apartment are o.k. They recently discovered an error on my lease paperwork, that if it would not have been corrected than I would have not gotten back $400.00 of my deposit when I moved out. An office worker actually stayed a few minutes past closing just to wait for me to get there and do my lease correction. This kind of stuff really means alot to me.
