I am a current resident and I am not please with the management and staff. Maintenance is poor, the office team and manager do not make professional decisions with the best interest of the community. The reactions appear to be personal towards residents when there is a maintenance issue or a community concern.
One thing is for sure, it can take maintenance/management weeks, days, or even months to respond to a problem, however, if rent is late after the 5th day threats of turning the account over to the company's attorney is top priority. How about the drug activity in the community? Or, what about maintenance smoking or drinking on the job? A step further, what about drug abuse from a particular staff member in the office.
So is it worth the rent that I pay? I don't think so. I am almost certain, if you ask anyone in the community about the facts, they have, or they will have an experience to share.
