Well if you like daily contstuction, illegal immigrants, loud minorities their children, crime (theft, breakins), piss poor staff, the fear of more buildings being torched, a loud ice cream truck every night at 9PM, insect problems, crappy management, no security what so ever, and a declining "community" then this is the perfect place for you.

I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF MY LEASE!
