Before reading the opinions of others on this page we would like to caution you that this site, unfortunately, has become an open forum of negativity by residents who have been evicted either due to non payment of rent or behavior that was intolerable to their neighbors. We are a professional management company that works very hard to exceed the expectations of our customers. Without our customers, we would not be in business. As you continue to read, please keep in mind there are always two sides to any story. As with anything, it is up to you to make the final decision. If you are considering our community as your new home, please give yourself and us the opportunity to meet in person. Speak with our current residents and make an informed decision to best suit your needs. For every 1 negative, there are 100 positives. Don t allow one persons perceived injustice to be the yardstick in which your opinion is based. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to exceed your expectations.

only a 3 huh? it's not even a one! i wouldn't recommend this dump to a homeless person! the only thing you give a damn about is collecting a rent check.

Well I wasn't evicted; however, I still live at Wood Gardens Apts. I hate it, the staff is very rude and like the other person said, they're all about collecting money any and every way possible. When I first moved into my apartment it was terrible. I had appliances that were missing along with numerous other things that weren't completed. Wood Gardens took 3 weeks to fix everything in my apartment and then they wouldn't prorate my rent for that month although they failed to have everything fixed by the move in date. I wouldn't advise anyone to move into these apartments. I'll end this by saying the model apartments they show you do not look ANYTHING like the one you're moving into.

I have never been evicted. I pay my rent on time every time and I agree with everyone else! I hate this place! The staff is very rude and these are the WORST apartments that Hoover has to offer! The Swimming Pool is filled with debris ALWAYS! Forget about calling Emergency Maintenance-no one will EVER show up or return your call. I am currently without air in the middle of Summer! I have been calling repeatedly for 3 days straight!!! No one acknowledged my phone calls; No one fixed my problem! My husband went to complain in person and the Leasing Consultant assured him that he would send someone over to fix it. Needless to say...THAT NEVER HAPPENED! Not only do they have terrible maintenance issues, they are a rip off! I moved in on a "so-called" special. Because I didn't move in on the first of the month, I had to pay more!?! Before selecting the unit that I am in, they tried to get me to move in a slum!! The flooring in the unit was smelly and soiled! The vinyl flooring was dingy yellow(supposed to be white) with holes, the countertops were badly damaged. The gutters were torn off the building the siding had mildew and the screens to the window was torn. When I complained, they were too happy to put me into another unit. Just to keep me quiet! I am upset that I didn't WALK like my first inclination. Wood Gardens is a nightmare! Save yourself the AGONY...Don't rent here! On a scale from 1-5, 1=worst/5=best; I will give this community a -1! We are going to end up breaking our lease very, very soon!

I've NEVER been late nor evicted, but this apartment complex and the people that work here are full of it... The model apartment is a dream, but I promise you 3 people I know moved here including myself and none of or apts were complete when we moved in
