Wood Gardens

I left negative comments. The best tenants you ever had. Rent paid on time and we never made a peep. No complaints. No late payments. No noise.

The facts. Wood Gardens, at one time long ago, was a nice place to live. We moved induring the tailend of the demise of this apartment "community". The few times we needed things, like a FIRE EXTINGUISHER or the caulking done to the new toilet, we were left hanging over and over.

When we moed in, the carpet was FILTHY and the ceiling leaked. Our neighbors left trash on the porch constantly and nothing was done. Our neigbors played loud music constantly with no action taken by management after numerous complaints. Cars drove in and out constanly while booming loud bass. The hoover P.D. drove in and out of there with sirens lit multiple times each week. Groundskeeping was ignored.

We were ideal tenants that left honest reviews basedon our own experience.

If you can't handle the truth, do something about it. Clean up that place.
