I was a wonderful tenant and they screwed me over

I lived there for a year and a half. I hated every minute of it, my apartment got broken into they didn't do anything, it was infested with bugs, everything broke, it is so dark that you need a flash light walking from your car to your apartment, I was scared to even check my mail in daylight. Its is so loud, you feel like you are living in a third world country. I was a very good tenant my rent was always on time and infact they tried to get me to sign another lease. YEAH RIGHT I hated it there and I am so thankful that I am out of there. I love the apartment I am in now it is so quiet and safe I never knew that living in a apartment could be this nice. Wood gardens is a very bad place to live, I wouldn't even let my cat live there. I agree with the other person that says if the truth hurts than do something about it. Don't continue to lie and cheat.

I agree with you 100%. The place is not safe and the staff and corp. office dont care about that at all. They should choose better residents.

I wonder anyone had the same problems like me .I lived there 2 years then short befor my lease was done I had to move out because I got a room mate offer. I gave a notice and took everything out and let them know .Now I am dealing with a lawyer and 2800 Dollar fee. I will Not pay and I got to go to court . Any Problems like this please Help!!!!
