Before reading the opinions of others on this page, we would like to caution you that this site, unfortunately, has become an open forum of negativity by residents who have been evicted either due to non payment of rent or behavior that was intolerable to their neighbors. We are a professional management company that works very hard to exceed the expectations of our customers. Without our customers, we would not be a business. As you continue to read, please keep in mind there are two sides of any story. As with anything, it is up to you to make the final decision. If you are considering our community as your new home, please give yourself and us the opportunity to meet in person, speak with our current residents and make an informed decision to best suit your needs. For every 1 negative, there are 100 positives. Do not allow one person's perceived injustice to be the yardstick in which your opinion is based. Amazing that the only positive reviews are coming from management who are desperately trying to up their dismal ratings on this site by rating themselves 5 "stars". Pathetic. I left a review here after I FINISHED MY LEASE and GOT THE HELL OUT OF THAT ---- HOLE!
The best way to describe Wood Gardens is to say it is an apartment community that at one time was really nice, almost upscale. Today, it looks, sounds, and smells increasingly "ghetto" and is run by people who I perceived to not give a damn about any reasonable complaints or concerns.
The level of ignorance is clearly stated by staff/management/ownership themselves by writing the above review.

Really??? How do you know that? Again, I can testify that I was a quiet resident who paid the inflated rent EVERY month ON-TIME, respected my neighbors who never returned the same respects and who management would not take action against.
Also, the above "review" should be a reply and not a cheap way to cheat this site's ratings system by giving yourself maximum scores.
Pathetic.

I'm not a disgruntled resident. I have never been late with my rent EVER in the entire 9 years I've lived here. I never really had a complaint about any of my neighbors, I don't believe anyone's ever complained about ME, and I've never complained about the quality of management until THIS YEAR. I used to look forward to walking into the office and signing a renewal of my lease, just to show my appreciation for how happy I was to be a resident.
Not this year. I can't single out any individual -- it's the obviously the "new" management company -- they leave a whole lot to be desired.

Let me start by saying that I am a current resident and I have never been late on my rent or had any issues with my neighbors. In fact who lives in the surrounding apartments doesn't concern me in the slightest. What does bother me is that I am reading thru these reviews and that they all seem to be the same problems that I have had. Almost exact! This is just crazy. There has to be someone other then the management team here to call. Once my lease is up I will be moving again which is something I had not planned on. I wish that I had found this site previously but having had no problems with other apartment complexes I did not think I needed to thinking that they were all basically the same, wanting to please their tenants. Here it seems as though we are a burden when asking for help with problems that are their responsibility and job. I undertand keeping rodents out of my ceiling is hard but don't tell me they are gone when they are not. I understand refrigerators break but don't tell me you did everything in a timely manner when it took almost 2 weeks to have a working one so that I could have groceries and cook my meals instead of eating out. I undertand that you have to keep the pool clean and sometimes it has to be closed in order to do so but closing it for a week is ridiculous! Who do I call? BBB?

WRONG!!! Most just dont have the time to review, but I assure you there are more that have had problems. I paid my rent on time, and was always considerate of my neighbors.
