When i first moved in i payed the 1st and last months rent up front. i have been without water on numerous occassions, the maintainance is very poor i have told them numerous times about the roof leaking and they have yet to fix it. There are silverfish all over the place. i have had people go through my laundry and on many occassions it has come up missing and they say that they cant do anything about it because its not there responibility.parking is horrible. after paying 1st and last months rent up front ,this being the middle of the last month they are now saying that i owe almost $1000 for this month and late fees and they are denying and of this ever taking place as far as the payment goes and when i tried to pay them today, they said that they could not except the payment. there are dips in the floor and constant plumbing problems and whenever it rains it floods. I could go on and on, but you get the point and we all have better things to do....
