I have lived here for 7 months now. When we leased the apt., we thought that this would be a nice place to live. Not so. It is WAY overpriced for what you get (both apt. and service). Phone calls are not returned, maintenance jobs are not completed, etc. One of my biggest complaints is that they don't care about your privacy. They can (and will) enter your home at any time without advance notice, and without leaving a workorder stating that they were there and what they did while there. We were told (by Jenny Goins)when we moved in that common courtesy would be provided--i.e., they would call before entering and a work order left. LIE.
Also, there is now construction going on across the street for a new complex and there is now no more peace and quiet.
As for the price--these apts. are no better than their $150 cheaper counterparts. You just pay extra for the poor customer service and congested traffic...and quite a few other inconveniences.
