I have lived here since 2004 and had nothing, but problems. First, when I moved in my apartment was filthy. The two girls who currently work in the front office are extremely rude and act as if they do not want to help their supposedly valued residents. All I get is a big attitude from them every time I go in there that I have stopped going into the front office due to the two girls working there. The management SUCKS!!!they do not take care of anything, or care enough to. The current manager drives a big Mercedes, but does not earn her keep. There needs to be a change in management and office personnel. They rent to too many --------. All you see out there in the apartments are Latinos who love to and has tried to start trouble with me for no reason. The outside stereo problem is at all hours of the day and night. These apartments need some big improvement in personnel and management to even become effective. All I have heard all over the surrounding area of Birmingham is, these apartments suck and this is coming from other apartments in the area and past residents. There is also not enough parking on the premises.
