I lived in these apartments for a total of 14 months. The management was not too horrible, but the apartment itself and my neighbors were. I had to deal with crackheads above me, and loud abnoxious teenagers below me. We had highschool age teens hanging out every night of the week, drinking and smoking pot, throwing trash everywhere and making all kinds of noise. The walls are very thin and the window are even thinner, you can hear exactly what people are saying when they stand in the parking lot when talking at a normal level...so imagine when they are screaming and hollering! Took 6 months of constant complaining from all of the tenants around my apartment to get these people evicted.

I saw numerous altercations outside my apartment at all hours of the night. Girlfriends and boyfriends fighting in the parking lot, even getting pyhsical. It was like a soap opera right outside my window! Then we had the drunk tenant who liked to plow his car into other cars when he comes home trashed. You would think he would have been evicted the first time after running his car up under a parked truck...but no.....he was still there to run his brand new car (didn't even have tags on it yet) into 4 different vehichles! Luckily he just missed my car...I was there to see him hand cuffed and taken away....maybe they finally did kick him out.

The icing on the cake was the "flasher" we had. He would even come up on people back decks (Which have stairs going down so even if you are on the upper floors people can still get to your back door, which is a sliding glass door that doesn't offer much protection from thiefs) look in the door while "pleasuring" himself....and management did not even notify anyone of this problem that they knew about for over a year! They really must care about the safety of thier tenants...

In conclusion, I would stay as far away from this place as you can. It's unsafe and just plain nasty.
