IF THERE ARE 100 FOR EVERY ONE NEGATIVE COMMENT THEN WHY IS YOUR COMMUNITY ONLY RECCOMENDED BY 21% OF THE SUBMITTED REVIEWS? IF IT IS SO WONDERFUL THEN EVERYONE WOULD BE WRITING ABOUT THAT I WOULD THINK. AND IT IS NOT WONDERFUL I HAVE HAD SEVERAL FRIENDS THAT HAVE LIVED THERE AT SEPERATE TIMES AND THEY ALL HATED IT, HATED HAVING NO WATER FOR 4 DAYS IN THE SUMMER BECAUSE THE HALF A$$ MAINT. CREW CANNOT REPAIR SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A UNDERGROUND PVC PIPE. AND HANDING OUT WATER BOTTLES IN THE MORNINGS AND AFTERNOONS WAS JUST A SLAP IN THE FACE. THESE ARE THE SIMPLE FACTS THAT PEOPLE SHOULD DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT TO LEASE FROM A PROPERTY. JUST OUT OF CURIOSITY. DO YOU YOURSELF ACTUALLY LIVE AT THIS PROPERTY? HEY JIKKI!!! I have monitored these reviews now for quite a few days on here. I just heard about this site. I moved to the Bham area a couple of months ago with my job. I was not looking forward to my move to Birmingham so I did alot of research, and came across this web site. JIKKI POSTS ON EVERY SINGLE APARTMENT COMMUNITY IN THE AREA!!! WHAT IS UP WITH THAT???!!! LIVES A CONSTANT LIFE OF NEGATIVENESS AND TOTAL BITTERNESS!! How nice it must be to have a life where all you do is post lies about apartment communities that you probably do not, nor have ever lived in before!! GET A LIFE JIKKI!! ITS NOT TOO LATE!! Instead of being on Apartment ratings, try E-Harmony or Find a friend.com or something.....just stop spreading LIES JIKKI

I don't know how these apartments are because I haven't lived there, but my friend knows someone that worked there. The huge sign that say $499 or whatever is completely bogus. My friend told me that the person he knows said they use that to get you in the door and conveniently never have any of those particular apartments available. I also know that the location is horrible. Don't think about trying to go anywhere during the day from Nov 1 until Jan 1. The traffic coming from the Best Buy/Target shopping center around the holidays is horrific.
