This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. I lived in colony woods right down the street the year before(It's nice, I wish i'd never left!) and thought i'd try to find something a little cheaper so i moved into wood springs. (biggest mistake ever!) They are sooo not worth what they charge you. If you are going to be renting out a dump at least charge what it's worth!! Mantainance is a nightmare. The office doesn't care, and whenever I call them about something they hang up on me! After living there 2 weeks my living room floor flooded bc there was a burst in the pipes. on top of that it was 105 degrees in August and it took them 4 days to come soak the water up and fix it. and all maintainance did was bring in a fan! bc of the heat my apartment is full of mildew bc of it. No parking what so ever, and if you are a young attractive girl, don't live here. you will be stalked. there are so many pervs here and most of them don't speak english. we even have gotten stalker letters on our doorsteps and management just said we were worrying over nothing! Please dont' live here girls. If you want to live in a dump, at least go somewhere where you are paying for a dump. there are way too many decent apartments here in the same price range to live here. I'm just sorry I got deceived by the "model apartment" and was in such a rush to move in I didn't see this before I commited to a year lease!!! I've only live there for 3 weeks so I have not been evicted nor late on my rent. I havent' even lived there long enough for that. my negativity is not based off of anything done by my fault either. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but the ratings make you give them at least one. I will say one positive thing.....they do a good job of upkeeping the landscaping around the office and pool, but PLEASE look beyond that. don't make the mistake I and apparantly many others have.

Although I mostly agree with you, please don't blame maintenance for not cleaning up a burst pipe. When I signed my lease there they explicitly told me to get renter's insurance for the purpose of events like that, and told me they were not responsible if something like that happened. Do you have renter's insurance? It should cover any cleanup/mold removal. If you don't have it, you NEED to get it.

Renters insurance will cover your personal belongings! The apartment complex is resposible for the removal of the mold and mildew and the water extraction and clean up.
