My rent was ALWAYS payed on time and guess how i was repayed? My car was taken to a sketchy reposession lot! Why you might ask? I come back from band practice at about midnight and there is absolutely nowhere to park. Parking is sappose to be included in rent!. I never had a place to park, and when my car was towed for parking on the side i had to pay 200 dollers cash to get it back! I'm not the only one this has happened to .They did the same thing to my friend who lived there. To make matters even worse my apartment was broken into and my laptop i had just gotten as a christmas present was stolen. The next day after this happened someone tried to break in the den window. This place is not safe, and people will break into your apartment and steal. The robberies were so bad they left notices on peoples doors because several residents had been robbed. Also,in the summer i lost water for 4 days more than once. In conclusion, If you value your quality of life, Dont ever move here! Oh yes and it constantly smells like feces on a certain side of the complex..be prepared to be revolted.

If you don't want your car to get towed then you should park in a parking space. It isn't the management that tows your car either, it is the police officers that drive through the community every night and call the towing service if your car is parked illegally. Also, there is no way that they can guarantee anyone's safety. I am sure that they are doing all that they can, with the courtesy officer that was provided to us (that subsequently towed your car). I am not saying that they couldn't do MORE to ensure that people are deterred from stealing or doing illegal activities here, but you shouldn't try to blame them for you choosing to live in a place that has a high crime rate. You should have checked the police records of this area. I did, and if I get something stolen, which I am taking all precautions to protect my home and my belongings, it would be my own fault for living in a place that I knew was prone to crime. Oh, and I have NEVER smelled fecesā?¦EVER, anywhere on the premesisā?¦

The police patrol every night?! PLEEAASE! You want to get a wif of the feces? When you turn into Wood springs, go right. You will smell the strong stench of human waste about the same time you get to the 90 degree turn at the end. That's where the sewer openings are. Maybe septic tank...i don't know.
