I have been living at Wood Springs for about two months. I wish I had checked this site earlier. I usually do not post negative reviews as I have lived in several apartments in different cities. I moved here because of work. Unfortunatly, these apartments are extremely noisy; loud neighbors (all hours), loud pickup trucks, loud music in the parking area (if I wanted to listen to a mariachi band, I would put play it myself), loud barking dogs and extremely inadequate maintenance. When I moved in the HVAC unit did not even have a filter which the property management was supposed to have provided. After several request, I went and bought my own. Speaking of HVAC, either there is something terribly wrong with the unit or the apartment has no insulation. You cannot keep the apartment warm in cold weather even if the unit runs continuously. This leads to extremely high heating bills (I'm sure it will be extremely costly to cool also). The traffic is horrible (avoid anything on Hwy 280 if you plan to make it to work on time)....it takes 20 minutes to go 2 miles around here. I am already looking for another apartment. Much of the noise pollution problem could be controlled if management just did their job. I used to work for a construction company and managed over 300 units of property myself (so I know it can be controlled). I have lived in Huntsville, Florence and Nashville and have never had an apartment as noisy as this one. Take my advice and look elsewhere.

It appears as if management is responding again! Yes, you do have a right to speak your mind. The Mexican you'll likely be speaking it towards also has the right to bust a cap in your butt while calling you a gringo. TRAFFIC IS HORRIBLE HERE ON THE HOLIDAYS. THE REVIEW WAS DEAD-ON ACCURATE!

I actually do not work for any apartment complex, it just hurts to hear the truth sometimes, that you are just a whiney baby. this place does have problems, but traffic is not one. And as I said before, it IS an apartment complex...you WILL hear your neighbors and just because you are too scared to say something, doesn't mean that you can't call the police or management for that matter.
