I have been living in this apartment for 3 years. I have always paid my rent on time. It goes up with every lease renewal, but regardless, I paid it on time. I'm leaving ASAP.

I want to remain the mature adult that I am, so I will fight the urge of name calling. Let s just say the management doesn t seem professional.
I ve read what others have said about this place, and their comments are in-line with mine. There is definitely a parking problem. People who seem to be of Latin-American descent do stare you down. People do play loud music. It s usually of the mariachi variety.
When I moved in to my apartment, animal feces and trash were on my back porch. Spiders are all over the ceiling of the front porch.
Their gym has one treadmill that works. However, it s falling apart and doesn t appear to be very safe. It has a roll of toilet tissue stuck under it to support it when you re exercising. I will take a picture. The other equipment is falling apart too. The bathrooms in there are filthy. People use them, but don t flush. Management doesn t bother with it either. They just let it smell like urine and doo-doo in there.
Don t walk away from this place. RUN away.
