When I first arrived at these apartments I thought they were great. The location was great for my work, and it appeared relatively quiet. Boy was I wrong. Not to mention the multiple problems I had with electricity, water, and all around general maintenance. It seems to have become quite an active area for a less desirable group of individuals. I have heard gunshots and seen drug deals in the very parking lot I park in.

Parking is OK as long as you come in late at night. If you try to park mid evening, be prepared to scour the lot looking for a spot. Not much unlike any popular apartment complex.

Management' We won't go there b/c I don't want to start slinging mud and posting my personal problems with management. I want to keep this review honest and objective.

Wildlife. There seem to be a flock of geese that live in the small swamp across the road from the main entrance. I have heard geese are fairly territorial, however I had never seen this until I watched an asian woman walking with her child to target get attacked by one. I think it was actually the child the goose was after.

When I moved in I disregarded the chicken bones on my back porch. However the trash that was on the ground(behind my apt) is still there. You know plastic bags really don't go away.

I would say there is sufficient lighting and outdoor construction seems well done.

All in all I have stayed here while looking for somewhere else to live, but would not suggest anyone move in here. Especially if you have a family. Between the multiple races of thugs, maintenance, and geese it is a very unfriendly environment. I would not suggest living here regardless of convenience.
