This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. The maintenance is practically non-existent. They had to come out to my apartment 4 times to fix the air conditioner. They will fix things the cheap way rather than the right way thinking they are saving money.

I've also seen creepy people hanging out by the pool watching the kids and women. I confronted one group of guys about staring at my fiance while we were at the pool. They started yelling at me in some language I couldn't understand. They called me a gringo too.

Oh yeah, one time one I was swimming in the pool, I came up for air and a human terd was floating right at my face like it was going to attack me. I was so scared at the time. I guess it could have been a payday candy bar, but it didn't look like any chocolate covered peanuts on nougat I've ever seen.

The parking here is really bad, especially if you get home after 10PM. There has been so many times where I've had to walk to my apartment from the entrance of the grounds. Management REFUSES to use reserved parking. Wonder why. they know they don't have enough parking places.

This place is becoming a known safe-haven for illegal immigrants. They get together and share apartments to split the rent! They pick up their amigos at 6AM..you'll here them out side in the car honking their horn repeatedly -- like they're amazed by the technology -- to get their buddies to come down for work. They're too freakin' lazy and hungover to walk up the steps and knock on the door!
