When I first move into Wood Springs 2 years ago it was Great! It was a nice and pretty quiet neighborhood. Things have quickly gone down hill. When the "NEW" Management took over I expected the small things that weren't doing so well to get better. Well unfortunately everything took a turn for the worse and the complex has turned into crap. I can't believe how rude some of the office staff is. The parking problem has gotten a lot worse. The maintanance number you use to call and they would call you right back within 20 minutes or so I guess no longer works because they DON'T CALL BACK. I have to say I am very dissapointed on how bad things have gotten here and as soon as the lease is up I will be leaving. The sad thing is that the FLOOR plan is GREAT and the rent is good. The Apartment's are big and spacious and I love it but I don't think it's worth the hassle to knock on people's doors and ask them to move there car's becuase they have blocked me in mornings or to listen to the people drinking and being loud in the parking lot at night with there music. I just no longer feel safe living here as well.

Read your lease. The cliffs may state that in theirs however this one may have different rules. Different Owners!

When you decide to end you lease, you better mind your agreement to the day. When I decided to end mine, I gave a 29 day notice rather than a 30 day notice and they informed me I would have to rent another month! WORST MANAGEMENT EVER.

I am not an authority, but apartment renting is not always the 1st of the month to the end of the month. I moved into my apartment, at Inverness Cliffs, on August 16 of last year, and my ex-husband, moved into his on August 9; therefore since he gave a 60 day notice that he has his apartment until May 9 (He had a 9 month lease). So I would think that you should only have to take an extra day's lease, not an entire month. It said "30 days" notice, not "29 days 1 month". I would tell them that you spoke to your lawyer and that is the case.
