I moved in Feb. 2008 and absolutely love my apartment as well as the office staff and maintenance team. I have made several friends since I moved here from out of town and am very happy with my decision to move into Wood Springs Apartment complex. This is the best apartment I have lived in thus far.

OH PLEASE! What a bunch of crap -- probably from the blond that WORKS there that just moved in. Can't blame you though -- I would want to improve that 18% approval rating too if i worked for DEL management.
Wait until your water goes out honey. Do you enjoy the mariachi music blasting through the complex as much as you enjoy the office staff??
How do you feel about the parking? LOL @ it.
Please people, do not believe anything good you read about this place. It's complete crap and it keeps going down hill.
