Nice, but there are a few problems

I lived at this apartment complex for two and a half years. The first year was great--I lived in a one-bedroom apartment and everything worked really well. The staff I also found to be friendly.
The second apartment there was not so great, though. First of all, the bedrooms are unevenly cooled/heated. My bedroom was always super hot in the summer, but if we turned the air down too low, my roommate would freeze.
Also, the air conditioner broke very often, almost every week. Like clockwork, they would come and fix it, and it would break again immediately afterward. Very much a hassle. And as far as the employees at the front office are concerned, only Jennifer, the manager, knows what is going on at any given time. You can hang it up to ask any of the other ladies for help.
