I think the location is wonderful and the apartments are cute, but they have a lot of problems. I have found mold in my apartment several times and also have had my apartment flood on a few occasions. For the most part they did come and fix the problems fairly quickly, except for the fact that the problems keep happening and that I had a hole in my cieling for a full month. The washer/dryer and dishwasher are very old and too loud. I try to plan to do clothes when I am not going to be at home so I don't have to hear them. I think the managment is rude and not willing to accomodate you as a renter. I am moving in about 2 weeks and would not recommend anyone to move here.
